I moved to austin a few years ago to escape the hell of being gay in oklahoma and the way everything is now is so upsetting bc when i was younger the cities in texas always seemed like the nearest “bastions” for lgbt people in the south 😭 wish you well and hope you can be somewhere you feel safe

idk i think the whole thing with people obsessing with jimmy particularly is the same kind of vibe of like people being attracted to serial killers like its some sort of thing relating to taboo making them desirable??? thats my hypothesis
