The “exceptional circumstances” framework for requesting an alternative vaccine is highly restrictive.

People should be allowed to self-attest to needing an alternative to the Pfizer vaccine.

This is why precautions like wearing a mask, especially in public, helps protect everyone, even if you “feel fine.”
