The exec order that ends federal DEI programs also includes language that says all agency heads must put language in their contracts and grants that recipients of fed $ cannot operate their own DEI programs -- why aren't more people talking about this?

Something I'm surprised more people aren't talking about is the provision in the EO that says any recipient of govt contracts or grants also cannot operate a DEI program otherwise it won't be paid by the feds.
