I don’t think "conservative" accurately describes a majority that blithely overturns 90-year-old precedents and longstanding institutional norms and customs. "Reactionary" is good, but I suppose the best word is simply "Republican," given the majority's naked partisanship.

I mean, everything except the correct list of most covered songs showing the three covers of Joni Mitchell's A Case of You. Do I need to show up at the station and picket with a sign saying #JusticeforJoni?
