So in a few weeks I’m going to be what I’m gonna call a “nepo-renter”, which is where instead of paying for a stranger’s mortgage, I’m gonna pay for my parent’s mortgage, cus they bought an investment property that I’ll be renting from them and will one day inherit. It’s like buy to own but slower.
