My wife and I were feeling very horny today and came up with a scenario where her mercenary character Cthonniah got preg'd with a slime creature that she has to deliver to a client :3c
Cthonniah, a human woman, waddles through town with a massively pregnant belly, the slimes inside moving and causing visible bumps. Her breasts are huge and leaking, and her hips and thighs have started pulling the seams of her pants apart. Quickly-sketched stand-ins for people are looking at her in surprise and wonder as she tells herself she just has to make it to the meeting point.
