Can't wait to "watc h live" this NBA game.
The NBA app is so mid it's impressive. Crashes like it's in a demo derby (3 times today), constant UI problems that change on the regular, shoddy UX experience.
Microsoft's rebuild made the core, paid experience worse. But we got story content? #NBAsky

I've been looking at Apple Watchs for that reason. Tried to dumb-down my phone first and that's been helpful. Killing almost all my notifications, ScreenZen for blocking stuff + a plain widget to launch apps (via the dumb phone app) has been great. Just a lot of futzing around to make life quieter.

But our bodies, thoughts and feelings interact. It’s a feedback loop in every direction. If we don’t learn how to observe and respect the info our bodies tell us, we’re ignoring a massive part of our lives.

Checking in on my hunger levels (and if they’re why I’m getting pissy) was a useful deal because, really, we’re taught ignore our body in favour of other goals. Being worried about ~bodily concerns~ can be seen as a failure.
