The judge didn't make the ruling. That isn't what happened. The jury found the piece of shit not liable for rape. What the judge did was provide his opinion and made him an adjudicated rapist. Still not liable in civil court. There is an important legal distinction.

I expect a little better and more researched. Using misinformation to explain misinformation is a choice for sure.
