Different systems. Patients with left-sided working memory system degeneration can exhibit language difficulties as a downstream effect of executiv dysfunction. Yeah PET PIB and AV1451 tau off the charts. FDG was severe, so was her neuropsych. With teenagers at home 😞. I hope we find a way to help them. Clinical trials tailored to these populations are needed
