Sincere kudos to the folks @ the K-pop Demon Hunters pop-up for absolutely committing to "the show must go on", despite being surrounded by thousands of protestors. May we all show this level of dedication as we fight for our democracy. #kpopdemonhunters #nokings

I keep seeing this reference to public bathrooms as women's "private spaces" and I just do not understand it. Strangers are strangers even when they're women! We're not communing in there for hours at a time, talking about perimenopause and who's getting divorced and shaving our legs.

I've been thinking about this for days and am prescribing Milan Kundera's "The Joke" for all of you. It's fluoride for these times.
I wish we could prescribe books to each other.

Sounds like you need two Flannery O’Connors!

A little Octavia Butler ought to clear that up.

Read sixteen Mary Oliver poems and call me in the morning.

The elevator pitch: think "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre" meets "Idiocracy"
I'm sure this Cabinet of inexperienced grifters who excel solely at advancing their own careers will produce an administration that runs like a well-oiled machine.

Popcornmeter ... rolls off the tongue. As a user, I would like the difference in @rottentomatoes ratings to be further obfuscated in support of incredibly corny* branding.

This is why I will defend Starbucks to the end, they are providing critical infrastructure to NYC. Biggest bug in the backlog none of the smart city experiments are even glancing at.
