In N4, the @hyperoptic.bsky.social outage has now been ongoing for 12hrs. Not in the middle of nowhere, no, in London. All customer support can tell you is that “there’s an issue with cables. Engineers are onsite”. Seriously??? Unbelievable. #hyperoptic
