@irishgooner247.bsky.social If you are from Ireland, you should know that as 'X' has EU HQ here they are governed by EU Laws on Age assurance that came into effect 21st July.
EU Online Age Verification (Age assurance) been enforced from 21st July 2025
Some people may have labeled me a doomsayer when I raised concerns about this back in April 2024! Even boards.ie will need to comply with the rules/guidelines!

Should I be concerned or is this some sort of warning? Did he make a mistake. Because the block was only for a few minutes?

People in the UK, if your unhappy with Bluesky's choice of privacy abusing 'KWS' Age Verification Service. You could report that service to ESRB Privacy Certified and get the seal removed? @samuel.bsky.team @bsky.app Please chose or provided alternatives for EU laws. @dom96.picheta.me @mackuba.eu

Couldn't get to this post on mastodon to reply. Having a discussion on forum, how the EU could police what's outside their borders with GDPR and #DSA and other countries USA and Australia have laws in the pipeline.

Just a announcement, I update the code today required to age gate my 'ATProtoViewer'. If you used the old code within the last 3 days, you will still have a cache access. Last week's code was just testing the process. I will probably change the code on a monthly bases from now on.
