Miranda July (the novel ALL FOURS) and Reshma Saujani (the podcast MY SO CALLED MIDLIFE) are out here making midlife cool. What other creators are making peri/menopause and midlife content central instead of hidden? This is a 2024 trend I can actually get behind.

Just a friendly reminder to put making a doctors appointment and keeping a doctors appointment as two different items on your to do list so that you can experience the dopamine hit of crossing something off once you’ve recovered from the horrible reality of talking on a phone to a about schedules.

Super thrilled to see this project announced today! I am such a fan of @coreyannhaydu.bsky.social . When I read the pitch for the project, I immediately wanted this to be the first project I illustrate that I didn’t also write. I can’t wait!!

I had a book come out yesterday. I have a party for it next week at the Atlantic Ave Brooklyn barges and noble (9/28 at 630 in conversation with Peter Lerangis!). Today I’m working on my next book which is a fairytale freaky Friday and I am happily in a sweater in a coffee shop bc it’s fall.
