It was magical, Amanda. I saw them 8/28/64. A picture of me outside the Delmonico Hotel in Manhattan where they were staying is in McCartney's book, "The Lyrics". Front row, white collar, dark jumper. Look on my face like I'm Bernadette at Lourdes. 😅

I am in a very rural location - hilly and wooded - but my property is just a little too open. My neighbors have them frequently. I think a dead tree attracted him. Here he is!

It's obvious that she and my granddaughter would be best friends. She is also the author of many stories involving magical cats, kittens who go on a perilous journey to find the mother who abandoned them, cats who are secret spies, etc.
