1/4 cup cocoa (dark Dutch cocoa), half a banana, chunk of frozen raspberries, whey protein powder (chocolate was gone so I used vanilla maple). It tasted more like a cherry ripe smoothie than the one at the cafe, and would be even better with coconut milk.

Breakfast: Cacio e pepe scrambled eggs on a piece of toast with a long black coffee.
Morning tea: Rum baba (because I've never had one).
Lunch: Skipped because see above.
Dinner: Ricotta gnocchi with red sauce, and a liberal sprinkling of parmesan.
