Push/Chest day. I have a gut atm so I really need to fix my diet...
I was also really distracted during my tricep pulldown because the guy across from me was really ripped and I could see the sweat in his armpits...

The stars aligned today because I had no Knew pain or anything in my legs, so decided to finish my leg day with squats!

Leg day (2) done, gym was of course busy in the evening during peak hours (whaaaat??!? 😱😱) But I got the workouts I wanted. No deadlifts since my left knee kinda hurt.
