New tattoo as a souvenir of Rome. I had to pull up a picture of succulents for the artists because it's not a word that translates into Italian, I guess.

Sometimes old comics are Extremely Gay. (There's also a letter published a couple issues later that references this and basically says they hope someday everyone will be able to express their feelings regardless of gender.)

I made a braaaaaiiiin! Yes, the picture is terrible, the colors of this are also terrible but somehow this orange was the only color that produced the crackle effect I wanted.

Why fluid crafts are hard: what you start with is never exactly what you get. I had lovely cells and lacing on this tray and they all disappeared. The finished product is still nice, but not as good as it could have been.

I can finally share the resin trinket dish I made for @missdiedra.bsky.social! Embedding the Eye added an extra layer to it (and the possibility of bubbles), but it turned out (on the second try)!

I know it's not a competition or anything, but there are plenty of other authors in the genre who release multiple books a year and don't donate millions of your dollars to a homophobic cult. Like, if you enjoy Brandon, you do you! But don't act like he's the only prolific writer in sff.
