On January 6 Congress can reject Trump's electoral votes on the grounds they were not "regularly given" which includes a vote for a candidate ineligible to serve. It takes 20% of each house to object and a simple majority to reject Trump's votes. WRITE YOUR CONGRESS MEMBERS! Read how below.
This is no doubt related to Trump’s statement that people won’t have to vote anymore. To rig the midterms Repubs will have to intimidate and/or remove state officials who stand in their way. www.nytimes.com/2025/07/02/u...

Re Abrego #Garcia indictment. Transporting aliens within US is not human trafficking unless they’re transported to be enslaved, forced into prostitution or otherwise exploited. Paying customers are not by definition exploited. Interesting that other real crimes mentioned aren’t charged. Big tell.

A serious challenge to Lindsey Graham’s senate seat. Great introduction video.
I'm Dr. Annie Andrews. I’m a pediatrician, not a politician. But either way I know how to handle people who are full of sh*t.

Today I am announcing my campaign for US Senate to replace Lindsey Graham. Share this if you're with me.

When the President of the United States says he doesn’t know if he should uphold the Constitution, it should be a searing red line for every American.

If you let him ignore ANY aspect of the Constitution you embolden him to ignore more of it, including the parts that secure YOUR freedoms & rights.

Call the Capitol switchboard (202) 224-3121) every day and tell your representatives:

You swore to defend the Constitution.

That Nazi thug president tramples democracy every day.

The concentration camps are here.

We need you to shout “Impeach!”
All together.
Every day.

In this Ponzi scheme, the crypto trades were fake but isn’t crypto itself a giant natural Ponzi scheme? Aren’t the few winners just taking the money from the many more new investors? At some point existential panic will cause everyone to rush for the exit.

How far we have come. A law professor on how a judge can circumvent US Marshals Service, under AG Bondi’s control, to enforce an order against an executive branch official by appointing someone else to carry out the arrest. Looking forward to the shootout between dueling law enforcement officers.
I strongly suspect this recent piece from Prof. David Knoll is about to be come extremely relevant and widely read.

"Even a rogue marshal’s service, in other words, is not an insurmountable obstacle to courts enforcing the rule of law. If courts have the courage, the legal tools are there."
