Re Abrego #Garcia indictment. Transporting aliens within US is not human trafficking unless they’re transported to be enslaved, forced into prostitution or otherwise exploited. Paying customers are not by definition exploited. Interesting that other real crimes mentioned aren’t charged. Big tell.

In this Ponzi scheme, the crypto trades were fake but isn’t crypto itself a giant natural Ponzi scheme? Aren’t the few winners just taking the money from the many more new investors? At some point existential panic will cause everyone to rush for the exit.

How far we have come. A law professor on how a judge can circumvent US Marshals Service, under AG Bondi’s control, to enforce an order against an executive branch official by appointing someone else to carry out the arrest. Looking forward to the shootout between dueling law enforcement officers.
I strongly suspect this recent piece from Prof. David Knoll is about to be come extremely relevant and widely read.
