Women struggle with dating in a different way. They have to sift through a load of matches where as I get zero matches :( Also having friends is important and helps with dating! You can't just throw out the fact women are more likely to have friends like it has no bearing on loneliness lol

I've done that all they do is offer therapy (helpful which I'm doing still) and SSRIs (don't work and make me put on weight)

But yeah I can tell when I go too long without cardio, which always suffers in the dark winter nights its harder to fit in (no-one wants to go outside on bike in dark)

I'm a a actually quite good at cardio I do mountain biking. Figured that one out ages ago. Other than that I actually need to fix things but it is so hard :( I got diagnosed with autism in the summer and have an autism group to go to so hoping that helps
