Today I added a few bookshelves to my collection space, a six-foot and a three-foot. While I was clearing stuff to build I found my Christmas decorations, so maybe that'll be an after work project this week.

The potatoes are rolling! Chopped and boiled/simmered in salt water until fork-tender, so they get that fluffy bloom edge, strained, and tossed in the Dutch oven with Irish butter, garlic, and bacon fat.

I honestly would've been OK with this as a stand-in if I hadn't found the Studio Series version. Crazy that he was available for five bucks less than other voyagers at that point!
