Yeah this basically what I thought happened. A single player built from the bones of a multi-player game. It definitely sounds like turn around after the switch to single player was far too short. I still love the game we got but will definitely morn what could have been.

My true controversial opinion is that Davrin's sacrifice would have actually hit harder if Assan didn't also die. Like imagine just seeing Assan just sitting in Davrin's room just absolutely depressed, barely eating.

I do think it's interesting that Elgar'nan starts getting super blighted once Ghilan'nain dies. Like while she's around he doesn't have an ounce of blight on him, but once she is gone he's sitting on a Throne looking like a Ghoul.

Honestly I can understand why people feel like Veilguard doesn't feel like a Dragon Age game because it feels like a Mass Effect game cosplaying as a Dragon Age game.

Ok finally finished my first run of Veilguard. And honestly I loved it, definitely had some issues but I loved more than I didn't. Love my Qunari Rook and she loves Bellara.

Yeah it sucks his review was so even handed and fair. But people are using it to be terrible to people who are excited for the game.
it’s fucked up that skillup’s dragon age review had a full minute babying the audience with remember this is just my opinion and you’re valid if you really like this game that isn’t out yet, you deserve to enjoy things, and moreover he was completely 100% justified in doing so
