Besides the other idiocy spouted by Sen. Mullin, THIS is what made me realize that HE DOESN'T HAVE THE FIRST CLUE ABOUT HOW THE ACA WORKS.
1. A 25-yr old ISN'T charged as much as a 50-yr old. They pay about 44% less.
2. Smokers can be charged up to 50% more...and subsidies don't apply to that.
