Pork chops. Reverse seared technique. I smoked them at 215°f in the #Traeger with cherry smoke until the internal temperature was ~110°f. I seared them hard in a screaming hot cast iron skillet. Would 10/10 do this again. #cooking #dinner #yummy #pork
