Can confirm that parking enforcement is alive and well in Fredrick though 🫤
New: Parking enforcement in Baltimore fell off a cliff year. DOT wrote fewer than in 2021, when most parking rules were suspended for half the year. Myriad reasons as to why, some more head-scratching than others. Read all about it! W/⁦‪ Daniel Zawodny

Parking enforcement in Baltimore fell off a cliff
In 2024, transportation officers wrote almost one-third fewer parking tickets than what they wrote two years prior, according to enforcement data.

Looking forward to when we decide we’re finished with the Tom Brady as announcer experiment.

These guys open and close restaurants the way some people change their socks. I guess it's not bad to go out while you're still on top and/or not spread yourself too thin with too many restaurants, but it must be exhausting

This was an absolute delight to watch. Idk how long it’s been since I was able to say that about us, not facetiously

I know it’s early, but I’m officially petitioning to play Tennessee every week. #RaiseHail

An added joy of holiday unpacking is rediscovering the things I bought on super sale at the end of the last season

Apparently I can’t watch Home Alone without fixating on how different work productivity expectations were 30 years ago. A pizza delivery driver waiting around more than 10 min for payment without having a panic attack concerning his continued livelihood…

If you have a few minutes, please read this beautiful post that juxtaposes both how beautiful and ugly life can be.

Baltimore has great people; maybe that’s all we need.

Accidentally played our best game ever and won. But got DQ’d for, essentially, choices the league made. Now I’m cold, wet, in Dundalk and also in my feelings.
Looking forward to playing a game of softball so terrible that Volo can’t possibly send us to the next round of cold, wet, Dundalk playoffs.

Some unfortunate news for anyone counting on The Washingtons to hit Pittsburgh with an L today. Our normally excellent special teams are on the struggle bus and that’ll matter in a close matchup like this.

This one is from the last *any* game in Baltimore 😢 Why does it feel like 2 lifetimes have passed since then? (wait don’t answer that)
