Back when I was doing large scale group dynamics research, I found that r*WG on group measures (e.g. cohesion, commitment) was quite useful for identifying dysfunctional groups. It was much more predictive than avg scores or correlations.

Line-of-Sight refers to an employee’s (a) awareness and perceived importance of the organization’s strategic priorities, (b) accurate understanding of how tasks and roles contribute to these strategic priorities, and (c) perceived fit between these strategic priorities and his or her job.
