Old footage of a project I was working on for a 3D farming sim, got carried away over engineering item functions

I've got a solution working with the parent handling the change, requires the scenes be preloaded into the parent. I can show the code for it if anyone wants this solution but It still doesn't feel clean enough to me. Might be crazy, this will be good enough for now.

Working on a game and hit a roadblock
Took a little break to practice state control
Drew some pictures in my notebook
Wrapped them around some meshes in Godot
Wrote a random node cloud script
State Control still pending...🙃

I've been working on an #indieGame with a friend in #Godot and after our most recent merge I can't see the scene anymore. Unless: I'm moving between screens(I'm using a mac). Any idea what's going on here?
