Minecraft, Superman, Sinners, Weapons, Final Destination Bloodlines, One Battle After Another, and Conjuring 4 were profitable films that are sad to imagine not having theatrical distribution.
But, like Wake Up Dead Man; they’ll lose money and skip theaters just to bend the industry to their whim.

Netflix has made it clear they see theaters as their real competition, and this is a huge step forward in their desire to dismantle the theatrical model.
All of that on top of monopolizing streaming services by gutting the creatively superior HBO.

Yup yup just a few days in and I’m mostly only listening to two songs over and over again, probably a week from lyrics and inflection memorization.
