The only slight tiny hint of a ghost of a shadow of a positive thought after last night's shameful bullying of Zelenskyy on live TV is that now, he might finally show compassion to the Palestinians having supported Israel's genocide for so long.

Recently made a pact to myself to only say positive things on social media. But it's too difficult - the world is in turmoil and Mans ZelmerLowPointInMusic is back - about as welcome as Trump's return. There's irony in a song called Revolution being so formulaic and bland. #Eurovision #melfest

Was just in a small restaurant in Palermo. Music was usual easy listening versions of power ballads - when all of a sudden they turn up the volume and play 'Espresso Macchiato'- all the staff bop out to it. So funny 😂 Normal business resumed right after #eurovision #eurovisioninthewild

NIYL - Growth: Probably the most mature song of the bunch. Giving me lovely Gotye vibes. Lovely build that is genuinely exciting. Has so much potential depending on how it translates live. Would certainly stand out and NIYL's talents are undeniable and I will be following regardless. LOVE this. 4/5

NIYL - Growth: Probably the most mature song of the bunch. Giving me lovely Gotye vibes. Lovely build that is genuinely exciting. Has so much potential depending on how it translates live. Would certainly stand out and NIYL's talents are undeniable and I will be following regardless. LOVE this. 4/5
EMMY - Laika Party: It's hard not to be cynical about wanting to represent a country you've never even visited. I loved Witch Woods but this is way too OTT sweet disposable bubble gum pop for me. Keiino on acid. The girly girl vocals are too much. Great subject idea but Laika deserves better 2.5/5

Samantha Mumba - My Way: Why does Eurosong still fast track songs? It's pointless, as is this song. Fastracking is good for a local TV production but not for finding a competitive song. My Way is simply a bore with miserable echoes of Sergey Lazarev. Bland and unoriginal melody 1.5/5 #eurovision
