In Ireland, there are 122 landlords with 101+ tenancies. A further 130 with 50-101 tenancies. There is quite literally no need for anyone to own that much property.

Hmm... not buying it. Those kinds of epidemiological studies are horribly confounded by all sorts of factors that can't be controlled for.

Let's forget for a moment that this tech is fiendishly costly and doesn't actually make anyone more productive or effective above a middle school level of outputs.
What exactly is "the boat" here? Are sign-ups somehow going to close? Are we gonna run out of AI?

Hopefully - it’s a poor error in any case, but making an honest mistake is infinitely preferable to using the slop machine as a substitute for research
