Productive day at Uni, learning about Acceptance Commitment Therapy and learning to allow yourself to feel negative emotions, not constantly trying to fix things and put a positive spin on everything. Very insightful and relevant. #counselling #pluralism #student 📚

Who else is constantly angry just now? The world feels like it’s in flames, and things like genocide and ethnic cleansing are parts of stories and videos we just scroll past. Transphobia and homophobia are in every comment on just about any video, and anger towards immigrants seems to getting worse.

Happiest I’ve been with my body recently and it’s not came from thinness, denying myself anything or counting calories. Making sure to eat at meal times, snack if I’m hungry, and keeping active and focussing on muscle building and cardio 💪 #fitness #bodypositivity

If you think about it, British people got what they wanted with #Brexit. We love queues, now whenever we enter and leave the EU we get to join long queues. It’s fantastic. 🇪🇺 #makebritaingreatagain
