We should never forget that it was Barack Obama who made Tom Homan Immigration and Customs Enforcement's executive associate director of enforcement and removal operations. Until the Dems learn to stop trying to prove their anti immigrant bonafides to the Republicans, ICE terrorism will continue
What a fucking idiot.

Jodi Ernst said cuts to Medicaid, which will kill people, are fine because "we are all going to die." OK. We'll we are all going to not have any money once we all die so we can just go ahead and take all the money and property of the rich. I like this plan.

The most exciting thing about our win Tuesday night is that it was completely people driven w/ the power of movement driven campaigns and grassroots organizing. This was not just a win for Brower. It was a win for all working class people in Milwaukee. This is only the beginning.

You had a hand in it: Kinzinger voted in line with President Donald Trump about 90% of the time and voted against Trump's first impeachment (though he later admitted to regretting this vote) - too bad that was only a later regret, it would have been too brave to actually vote for it when it mattered

It almost seems like there is an unspoken agenda that Ezra and the gang have
Under a Republican state government, Texas is facing housing and water shortages, as well as the country's highest number of power outages.

So it's extremely bizarre that Abundance Liberals' new message is Make America Texas Again.

There are ZERO national level Republicans who deserve respect or who care about the People of the United States. From Liz Cheney to Donald Trump, Josh Hawley to Adam Kinzinger, Some of them may have SLIGHTLY better views on some issues but are ALL out to destroy the common good. #Justbusiness

Was it laziness or willful ignorance that made @ezrakleinbot.bsky.social not explain the Republicnan influence in burdensome regulations he set forth in his book Abundance? The obfuscation that he has presented in his book makes people misunderstand how politics works. youtu.be/Xi8IBAEpAd4?...

The court has found that the Attorney General's threatened prosecutions violate the right to travel and the First Amendment. As the adage goes, be careful what you pray for.

We will not stand for union busting. We will protect the rights of workers to collectively bargain.
The President’s recent executive order gutting collective bargaining rights for federal workers is union-busting.

If he can do this to federal workers with the stroke of a pen, he can do it to every worker in America.

Elon Musk just put the lives of Eastern Kentucky miners in peril by closing all of the Mine Safety offices on a whim. And Hal Rogers did nothing to stop him. These people don't care about miners of Eastern Kentucky. They are all judt pawns to be sacrificed for profit.

We need to stop with the notion that there are RED STATES and BLUE STATES. It's a concept that only existed as a lazy way to report presidential election results in the 2000 election. Now it's used to dismiss/blame whole states on both sides. We need to fight for ALL people in ALL states

I honestly think what angers me most about Congresional corruption is just how cheap it all is. Like I can understand selling out your constituents for a life-changing amount of money but Congress members will do it for $5,000 in campaign donations and a pair of obstructed view Taylor Swift tickets

This line from @currentaffairs.bsky.social about how Colombia stood up to Trump is absolutely true. Democrats need to stop saying Trump is some all-powerful malevolent force and fight back. Show him as the weak, small person he is , not a strong, unstopable force. Solidarity is the key
