Earlier this year, a friend asked me to create an illustrated book about a character her father used to tell her stories of in her childhood.

Further from earliers toku loving post, I completed a 2 year pursuit of a @thoughtbubbleuk.bsky.social commission of patranger v lupinranger reds from the incredible @bozorobo.art. I got a Jetman commission 3 years ago from them and I have adored their art since! It's an absolute banger of a piece!

What I love about writing them here is that they met long before they became Batman and Catwoman, they have a history where they knew each other when they were raw and uncertain and figuring themselves out - that’s a bond that feels deep and uncharted
