🌀🫨The Philippines was hit by two tropical cyclones AND two earthquakes in the past weeks.

Our partner the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation mobilized private sector donations of $108,000+ so far, reaching almost 69,000 individuals with relief assistance.

🔥After the Feb. 2024 wildfires, Desafío Levantemos Chile, a CBI Member Network, was on the ground within 24h to support emergency response BUT they also did a needs assessment to enable recovery.

The end result?

💪72 homes rebuilt within 10 months.

In Mexico, communities got debris removal kits & food packs after Hurricane John BUT because canned goods weren't part of their traditional diet, they made them ill.

CENACED (a CBI Member Network) & partners listened, and distributed maize & beans instead.
