Also, it’s lazy journalism to claim somehow this was both “China being friendly to Tesla” but then *in the same article* claim that the Chinese government actually orchestrated her protest too? Are they in bed with Tesla or forcing them to obey regulators? Which is it: both can’t be true?

Friend, I don’t think that’s an entirely honest assessment given the circumstances. If someone had tried a protest like that against a rich corporation anywhere in the capitalist nations, they’d be sued easily for defamation.
