Use real people's names spelled backwards but tidied up. Pick a real world person that suits the NPCs character to add a role-play baseline e.g. local hardcase Silliw Ekub - derived from Bruce Willis.

Scheduling it tbh. I also build all my own scenery, so getting that ready on time can be a challenge
