I find with lessons like that physical practice helps. Like put and object on top of something and say "x in on top of the x".

Not sure this is a good way to accurately track it. For example most kids in the UK are made to learn French at school, but not many actually speak it. 🤔

Good idea too, I got to A2 Spanish before realising I didn’t know how to say purple (Which also has multiple words). 😂
