#ChiropracticAwarenessWeek day 3. It's important to be aware that there is no good evidence that the treatment shown here (chiropractic activator) provides any benefit

#ChiropracticAwarenessWeek day 2. Unfortunately, some chiropractors offer their treatments for babies. There is no evidence that #chiropractic provides any benefit for any infant condition and no good reason to take any baby to a chiropractor complementaryandalternative.wordpress.com/2019/01/14/u...

Again, they're trying to take away our vaccines.

From the head of the FDA, a gross misrepresentation of the annual process of updating a proven vaccine to target new disease strains.

His plan would make it impossible to get seasonal flu and Covid shots, and of course he knows this.

#ChiropracticAwarenessWeek day 1. If you remember nothing else from this week, remember this: chiropractors are not doctors. Here is an example of the very serious harm that can be caused when people are misled into believing they are: complementaryandalternative.wordpress.com/2019/11/19/u...

Actually, #homeopathy is a complete failure and that's due to the ideas behind it not the practitioner: thebftonline.com/2025/04/20/h... It may have seemed sensible in the late 18th century but we now KNOW that the ideas behind homeopathy are absurd in the extreme

#homeopathy is a fake treatment, the principles of which conflict with many aspects of science. It is therefore absurd to create a new "Clinical Research Unit (CRU) for Homoeopathy". Even worse, they are proposing this nonsense for cancer, asthma & others: www.google.com/amp/s/timeso...

#osteopathy is one of those treatment approaches that can look legitimate but once you dig deeper it's clear that it's rooted in pseudoscience and misleading claims. I think this is a great example of all that's wrong with osteopathy: osteopathycanada.ca Let's take a look. 🧵
Manual Osteopathy is a gentle, holistic, safe and effective form of hands-on therapy which features the interrelationship between structure and function of the human body. The primary focus is the musculoskeletal system (muscles, fascia, ligaments and joints), organs and the central nervous system. Manual Osteopaths do not concentrate only on the problem area but the root cause of pain. They believe in the body’s natural ability to heal itself and are trained to treat conditions based on anatomy, physiology, pathology and how they relate to the osteopathic principles. They will evaluate and return balance to the musculoskeletal, cranial, cardiovascular, visceral and neurological systems of the body.

#osteopathy is really 2 separate professions. Osteopaths (DOs) in the US are actual doctors just like MDs and most of them use little or no osteopathy. Osteopaths in most other countries are alternative therapists similar to chiropractors. Misleading claims are common 🧵

NHS doctor has been struck off for his promotion of conspiracy theories about COVID vaccinations
