What you'll be supporting:

- A volunteer run non-profit focused on getting more people on bikes.
- A program with a 30%+ conversion rate of borrowers to buyers.
- Reduction (so far!) of more than 50,000 vehicle miles travelled per year in the Greater Boston metro area.

Can you help us?

This gets us access to dedicated space; access to a comms platform that we can better manage things with, and comfortable ability to purchase more bikes to stock a new location.

To hit that goal, we need your help.

We know that we need to expand our available locations: adding in additional locations to cover our geographic gaps. We're focused at the moment on expanding to the Boston University campus, which fits nicely alongside our two main pickup locations today in Somerville and Roslindale.

While we've managed to interact with more than 1500 people via Google Forms, Sheets, and email, we also know that as we grow, we need better tools for managing our scheduling -- something that will let us manage our waitlist (which maxed out at over 200 people this summer!) better.

In the past two years, we've learned a lot about what works, and what doesn't work, in scaling up operations. We have willing volunteer hands, and we need to make it easier for folks to get involved; but this requires us having some dedicated space that isn't just in one volunteer's backyard.
