We know that we need to expand our available locations: adding in additional locations to cover our geographic gaps. We're focused at the moment on expanding to the Boston University campus, which fits nicely alongside our two main pickup locations today in Somerville and Roslindale.

Celebrating two years of the E-Bike Lending Library!
In the past two years, the E-Bike Lending Library has grown from 4 bikes in a backyard to 40 bikes serving hundreds of riders across Greater Boston. We've completed more than 1000 loans... and we have an ambitious plan to complete even more. 🧵

Yes, we are also phasing out our fat-tire e-bikes. This chart is based on the number of loan requests we’ve gotten. We can’t remember the sample size, but it was at least 200. We’ve gotten 1,500+ requests to date, and fulfilled 939 as of this morning 😊

We share a lot of the same bikes with the Mpls Cargo Bike Library (Bunch, Abound, etc). This just shows that the configuration of cargo bikes is highly adaptable. They can be tailored for kid hauling (our speciality), or for everyday errands.
