I've never been content just accepting "the way things are" tbh. I've always been curious and I've always wanted to know how things work. I persisted in this despite the crushingly religious environment I was around telling me to stop asking questions.

Stuff like this always feels similar to the rise of "alternative" "medicine": the healthcare system in the US is such a hellscape that people are doing anything to get help, even dangerous things.
i wonder if anyone is going to ask the other question: why are kids confiding in AI how they feel about *insert mental health topic* and not confiding in a real person? or are we just going to use this as another “AI bad” thing and move on?

tbh I only see "good" Christians come out when you talk about how you dislike Christianity or aspects of it. They ONLY show up when you criticize it to remind you that they exist. Weird I don't see them anywhere else ever.
