Are we sure POTUS knows the difference between succeed and secede?

Trump is famously not able to sign agreements where other nations get the responsibilities.

Which is exactly why I wrote what I did. Ukraine is free to do whatever it wants, but the consequences might not be what they want or need.

If Ukraine wants to omit Europe now, then Ukraine has chosen that path.

And what exactly is the problem with this? Ukraine is a sovereign country, that can choose its own way.

One can ask if European response has been good enough, in many ways. Which might be a reason.

On the other hand, omitting Europe now also means Europe's commitments might not continue.

Another iteration of counter measures being tested. And here is the thing, what if they work. Maybe well enough to set the brushes onto reactive armor. Then what?

This is a monster, willing to sell out all and everything, for what he sees as a path to a Nobel peace prize.

This isn't for peace, it's for personal gain.

Sadly this was expected. On the other hand, the predictability is no longer causing false hope.

Keep up your good work informing the world.

You and Ukraine are not alone!

At what cost? This is never mentioned. This is an important factor as rising costs in western europe impact family economy. At some point people will start losing support for Ukraine, to put food on the table.

The 20 point plan is riddled with weak points, lack of proper analysis, and non-binding over time for one side. These types of agreements only justify brutal hard-power solutions.

Just because POTUS doesn't directly yell at UA to give up, doesn't mean anything has changed. US still does not support anything, and only allows sales. Future support is also dependent on all countries buying from US. Just a different way of creating "peace".

This is a person desperately trying to save himself and justifying bad decisions. Nothing he has done has worked, and it won't.

Russian provocations, leading to reactions. Soon we will see escalations, both in form of having to shoot down Rusdian drones and planes, but also how NATO systems are moved closer to RU border

RU confirming their true and actual intentions, evil.

And this is more than the Kremlin, it's also the people. The population is responsible for keeping their government in line. There are no protests, no nothing (practically).

Not even the tiniest demonstration outside a RU embassy, by Russians

This was announced long ago, and acted upon. Clear message was that US stockpiles were running low, and filling them was and is priority
August 24, 2025 at 7:10 PM
Why tell the Americans anything, they have practically stopped all support. POTUS only focuses on "making good deals", in this case war profiteering. The support comes from true friends and allies of Ukraine

European paid, with americans limiting usage.
August 24, 2025 at 8:21 AM
The US har practically ended its support, and as a result Europe is paying for the material. US policy now is war profiteering.

And what direction is that pressure? Start supplying to pressure Russia, or deny export licenses to pressure Ukraine?
August 22, 2025 at 4:51 PM
How about keeping the civilian side of society civilian? As much as there is a logic in the suggestion, its faulty. The ties to the AFU will be too strong, at the cost of society as a whole.
