Here we go again. A crowded gym full of people who have little understanding of what is required to get in shape. It’s not a diet. It’s not the amount of reps. This is complete lifestyle change built on consistency. Progress not perfection. #HappyNewYear2026 #gymmotivation

This year I walked 1627.5 miles through my goal of 10K steps daily six days a week. 400 sit ups a week. Planking. Weight training two days a week with heavy dumbbells. 💪🏻 Continuing with the high protein, high fiber, low calorie low carb eating. I feel great. 👍

What a year it has been. Ups and downs of course. I was happy to reconnect with close friends after the near loss of one. Learned more about not taking anything for granted. Gratitude and dedication to self mastery in all I do is key. Happy New Year to all! #HappyNewYear

One year ago I began a journey to better health. My habits did no favors to my depression and anxiety. I cut processed food. High protein high fiber diet. Weights and daily walking. Now I am 40 lbs lighter. All my blood test numbers are now normal. I feel great 😊

Lost another three pounds. Now down to 156.6. That’s a total of 40 pounds lost since August 1st with a clean diet and working out daily. Blood pressure and sugar normal. Just waiting on cholesterol results. 😊
