i was thinking about changing my pfp to a halloween themed one, and then i realised that's what my pfp already is.

i usually draw these two with patched up clothes, but this time i simplified the design to emphasise the posing and shadows, but i think i accidentally created a reason why the clothes needed patching.

so in some japanese media there's a mild connection between onions and knights, and nobody knows why because this started with the final fantasy 3 job onion knight, and the devs don't remember why they called them that, but hey they look cool.

jokes aside the movie really was great.
i'd kinda fallen into a mindset that reading the manga is enough if not better, but this movie reminded me that a good adaptation can elevate even a great work.
from the visuals to the soundtrack, needless to say i loved it all.

just saw the reze arc in cinemas and it was great aside from that one guy who felt the need to glare at people, shush them for eating popcorn and at one point walk up the aisle to tell someone off as if he wasn't the most distracting person there.
he didn't even show up until after the first scene.

i had a couple ideas for this, and at one point it was hollow knight fan art, i just couldn't find a way to make the sewing supplies fit in that world, so i took a borrowers inspired approach.

so here's a thing i just learnt about the black ink i use, it can hold up to alcohol markers just fine, but these weirdos dissolve it like acid in a sci-fi horror flick.
