Reticulating Splines

18+ only, no minors allowed. Politics free zone. Prone to rambling about Python, C, C++, and low level BSDF shaders. May contain colorful language. Doesn't take requests. Timescale for projects likely measured in decades.
And here's the remaining ~500 frames since bsky only allows for 60 second videos (and the final project was around 2280 frames @ 1m15s). I don't usually go this big (~175,000 cc is my own pref visually), but I guess it was fun to just say fuck it and crank the sliders till the screen was full.

And some more screenshots of the node networks, Python module code (all self written), HDA parameter defs, and a chunk of code from a custom Quaternion CHOP node that I wrote (in this case, it handles twist extraction for the wrists and ankles). Turns out Houdini stuff involves a lotta code...

Here's a BTS shot of the viewport. The core asset is literally just called "female_spartan", in this case it's been duplicated 7 times and adjusted accordingly. Changes made to the underlying asset therefore automatically update on all other instances of the same asset, which is kinda nice.
