From the Bob's Burgers Burger Book - the Hummus a Tune Burger.
I used yellow pepper instead of red (it was the only one we had), but I don't think that impacted the overall burger too much.
Good stuff.

From the Bob's Burgers Burger Book, I made the Don't You Four-Cheddar 'Bout Me burger. I had to substitute two of the four cheddars, but hot dang it was good. I used a spicy Mexican cheddar where the recipe has horseradish cheddar, and have decided that I am a wise man.

From the Bob's Burgers Burger Book, I made the Shake Your Honeymaker burger. It was great. I skipped the dates part because they sound gross.
It's the third burger I've made from the book, and so far it's 3/3 for good burgers. Not bad for a book based around background puns in an animated sitcom.

The Garden Of EDumb Burger - includes carmelised onions, sliced apple, and a sweet cinnamon-ginger-maple yogurt sauce. It's really nice.
