if we *are* going to talk ACA, RFK's HHS proposed a rule to remove *all trans care* from ACA essential health benefit status.
~25mil people are insured by ACA & if 1% are trans, that's 250,000 people who'd lose access to care.

If you’re not a lawyer (and i’m not) I feel like you can simply state how you think things should go rather than trying to lawyer it. E.g. I think artists and writers should be able to make a living writing and making art and therefore image gen products should have to pay them for their work
