I took a lot of photos today in Pueblo, Colo. Went to 2 protests here. Saw colorful, fun, clever signs . But this quiet senior in a wheelchair with a handmade sign on cardboard spoke the most to me.

Saturday protest with Grassroots Pueblo had a very different vibe from last week’s, which reflected the nation’s tension. Many positive waves and supportive car honks today. My two cents: People not taking kindly to Kimmel’s suspension pushed by the FCC, nor our First Amendment under grave threat.

Pueblo, Colo.: regular Saturday protest by Grassroots Pueblo. No surprise that there were more rude reactions from passersby - but still yet more support. It’s been a volatile week that’s only highlighted the country’s division.

There were protests at 2 locations in Pueblo, Colo., today. About 80 people at the one my friend and I attended. Lots of supportive honks and waves.
