I had to stop mine just over a year ago. I had some hormonal acne at first, but then everything settled down and I *maybe* see one zit about a week before. Good luck!

Same. I’m always having to get rid of pop-ups asking me to try Gemini. I would pay Google extra to make Gemini disappear forever.

You can tell that all of the customers are excited to use AI because companies keep begging us to please use their AI. /s

I also read this one this weekend. I’m not super familiar with the author, but it feels in-line with what I’m noticing about my students. I don’t have a solution. I just wish we could get them to fall in love with the *act* of learning again.

Pileated woodpeckers always cheer me up. We have a nesting pair near our house most years.

I just went to a craft swap at my local library, trading in yarns that I don’t want for some very nice ones that I do want. It was so popular that they’re going to host them again.

It is MY stance that if you are a role model of any sort on a team, it is your moral duty to set and hold firm work/life boundaries, and never let them be crossed.

The juniors on a team can ONLY do this if their seniors are setting those boundaries first.

I saw an oncologist last year and everyone who came into the room was like “😯 oh you’re masking! Do you want me to mask as well?” Even in a very progressive state. As you said, it’s wild. I thought that was like the one thing we all know about folks with cancer— they get sick more easily.

The videos are SO LONG too. “This stitch is so useful for (something), but I also like to (whatever). First you’ll need yarn and a crochet hook. I always check my gauge…” 🙄🙄 get to the point!!

I got a new car and expected my dog to freak out when I first came down the driveway (bc I’m a “stranger” now), but she was perfectly quiet like she still somehow knew it was me driving. It was even a hybrid so the EV sound was totally new, but she could tell…

In my experience, the clothes that are branded as soft never last long. I try to avoid them.
