Watching outdoor creatures and witnessing their joy, fear, heartbreak, grief, guardedness and also sheer determination is often similar to witnessing, the stories that unfold in the world of humans.

Yes, they’re very territorial toward other EGs who land here & creatures who get too close to their chicks/goslings . Even without chicks, they honk frequently, sometimes at other creatures, but I also see them back off from most who hold their ground or ignore their aggressive posturing.
