All animated films NEED to end with this from now on.

Proof that they weren't just the work of 1 or 2 people, but rather, a massively and incredibly talented team.

Anyone noticing how the feed on Bluesky is just nothing but politics and #AEW Wrestling? I think seeing those on here is one of the reasons why I'm not on here that much, compared to Twitter. Not leaving Bluesky 100%, but like I said, I won't be on here frequently.

Plus, Bluesky is kinda boring.

Got back from watching Jurassic World Rebirth and it was so intense! It is a bit slow during maybe during the first 20 minutes, but man, once it picks up, it becomes pretty good. I do love the music at a couple points, and it was pretty thrilling!

I'll give it an 8/10.

Gotta say, that Dolby Atmos logo for the How to Train Your Dragon remake looks so weird to me.

For Father’s Day, we didn’t do that much, but we ended the day with a bonfire! There’s also a bit of my face reveal (no rude comments), our dog and that’s my mom speaking to me.

According to this Variety article, the SpongeBob short "Order Up" that was produced in 2015 is going to be shown at Annecy. Could the rumors of it playing before Smurfs will be true?

Why is Twitter constantly crashing?

Seeing the reception of the live-action Lilo & Stitch reminds me of the positive (huh?) reception of the live-action Mulan remake, where critics somehow liked it while fans of the originals don't like it.

I think I read somewhere that this Looney Tunes short was meant to play in theaters in front of Scoob!, but because of COVID, it sadly didn't.

Just saw Thunderbolts* and I thought it was really good! I thought the action was well executed, some funny scenes like the car in the desert, and I never expected the climax was gonna go all over the place. Pretty solid.

8/10

Season one of SpongeBob felt like a transitional period between 90s and 2000s Nickelodeon if that makes any sense.

Trigger Warning: Mentions Rape

The following is a testimony of rape by coerced consent between @Saberspark.bsky.social and the victim in said testimony. There were 2 isolated incidents, in 2012 and in 2013.

This will all be in a video exposé by ILoveKimPossibleALot, releasing today.

I think the first time I saw Duolingo use AI was those animated segments for that Duocon presentation back in 2022. I think the AI was used for voice acting...

So you're telling me that WB dropped Sony Animation's Fixed the same year it was completed, Netflix wasn't interested at first, then they got it anyway?

Look, it's FINE that Netflix got it. Still happy it's finally coming out.

(Side note, was WB not interested in Fixed?)

You know how the live-action Cat in the Hat led to Dr. Seuss Enterprises to ban live-action adaptations? Well, this convinced the Rodgers and Hammerstein estate to do the same for animated films.
The 1999 animated adaptation of the 1951 musical "The King And I" is a butchered disgrace with animation that's inconsistent in quality, blatantly rips off Disney's Aladdin (racism included, but amped up to 11), and distracts from it's own narrative and songs with horribly unfunny comedy.

I still remember when Coyote vs Acme was gonna be released in summer 2023 (same day as Oppenheimer), but then Barbie took over its date, and then WB would not say a single peep about it for the next year and a half until the write-off announcement.

I find it funny how DreamWorks Animation continues to use the late 90s IATSE logo (only film that didn't use it was Bee Movie). I wouldn't be surprised if the live-action HTTYD remakes use the current logo.

I kinda wish this direct was instead at 5 or 6pm so more people can watch it. During work hours? That’s hard.
Nintendo Switch 2 Direct scheduled for tomorrow (April 2nd - 6 AM PT) is about 60 minutes long www.youtube.com/live/DXUmjX7...
